Terry grew up in Tanzania, a country just below Kenya in East Africa.
Her experiences there gave her an appreciation of curry, which we still use in some of our favorite meals today.
Curry is a spice mix with ingredients like ginger, garlic, and turmeric.
We’ve learned that lemons and lemon juice enhance the flavor of this spice.
We decided to try that mixture as one of our limited releases.
