We ship out our cheese on Monday through Wednesday. Our goal is to avoid your package spending the weekend in a shipping warehouse. Orders received after 9 a.m. Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. We may reduce shipping days on weeks with holidays that affect shipping services. The shipping estimate at checkout is from when we ship your box, not when you order it. It may take us a day or two to get your order together, depending on how many cut wedges we have in stock. We hand cut all of our cheese to order if we do not have it in stock. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order please contact us.
Every box is insulated for the expected travel time and includes an ice pack to keep your cheese cold to cool until it arrives. For your best shipping experience, we recommend choosing UPS or FedEx.
We only ship our cheese. Our raw milk and beef are available for pick up only at our farm and at the various farmers markets we attend.
