Where your cheese comes from
My cows eat fresh grass all summer and dry hay in winter. I make every batch by hand, using raw milk from my own herd. My team and I turn each wheel as it ages on local wood shelves. There is no plastic wrap, so the rind grows naturally and adds flavor. You can taste the difference in every bite.
