Not sure which Clover Creek cheese to try first? Start here. This Best Sellers gift box holds three of my best sellers, made by hand from the raw milk of my grass-fed cows.

Inside, you’ll find three 5 oz wedges. That’s 15 ounces of cheese, enough to serve 4 to 6 people as a starter or snack board. Serving just two of you? It makes a fun, filling dinner with bread, fruit, and a glass of something good.

Bruschedda
This cheddar tastes like pizza in your summer garden. I stir in basil, garlic, and dried tomatoes. You get a tangy, slightly sweet bite that smells wonderful when you slice it. Put it on warm bread, or melt it over a burger.

Wild Mushroom
I blend Maitake mushrooms into a creamy cheddar. They add a deep, savory flavor. Then I fold in chives for a bright, green finish. Set it out with crackers, or grate it over your morning eggs.

Smoked Galen’s
This gouda is smoked with liquid hickory smoke. It smells like a campfire and tastes smooth and creamy. Slice it for a sandwich, stir it into mac and cheese, or eat it all by itself.

Why it tastes so good

My cows eat fresh grass, and I move them to new pasture at least two times a day. I pipe the milk straight from the milking into the vat, and I stir the curds by hand. Then each wheel ages on local wood shelves in my cellar.
