Winemaker’s Select is the one to slow down with. This is a manchego marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon from Grandview Vineyard. It also took first place and a bronze medal in Best of Show at the 2025 PA Farm Show. Each bite feels like a glass of red wine shared with good friends. You’ll feel relaxed, and maybe a little fancy.

Every wedge begins with raw milk from my family’s grass-fed cows. I make each cheese by hand, in small batches, and age it in our cellar. You can taste the care.
